Privacy policy

This page explains what we collect when you join the ORVY waitlist, what we use it for, and how to delete it. In plain words.

Who we are

Javier Píriz González and Jorge Alejandro Estefanía Hidalgo, who are building ORVY together, based in Spain. Privacy contact: jaestefaniah27@gmail.com.

What we collect

We also count visits per day and per channel as a single total, never linked to a person.

What we use it for

We never sell or share your data. We don't profile you or use it for ads.

Legal basis

Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box when you sign up. You can withdraw it at any time; this doesn't affect anything done before.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or, at most, 24 months after ORVY launches or we stop the project. Then we delete it.

Who else processes it

If any of them processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so with GDPR safeguards (standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision).

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing by writing to jaestefaniah27@gmail.com. Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link that deletes your email and answers.

If you think we've mishandled your data, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies and no third-party analytics or ad tools. Your browser keeps only two things that never leave your device: the language you pick (to remember it) and, for the session, a flag so your visit isn't counted twice, plus the channel you came from.
