Smooth, straight down. Fast and quiet.
Macro pad · Working prototype
Twelve keys, each with its own tiny OLED, and a wheel that keeps spinning. The icons change with the app you're in, so you always know what every key does.

Pick an app. Drag the wheel.
Mechanical switches
Under every clear cap there's a real mechanical switch, the same kind enthusiasts build their keyboards with. Not a rubber button. Not a touchscreen. Pick the feel you like.
Smooth, straight down. Fast and quiet.
A soft bump tells you the press registered. Still quiet.
A crisp bump and an audible click. Like a classic keyboard.

Magnetic encoder
Most knobs click 20 to 30 times per turn. ORVY's wheel has a contactless magnetic sensor that reads {steps} positions per turn, so it follows your hand exactly: frame by frame through a video, row by row through a sheet. It sits on a ball bearing, so one flick keeps it spinning.

Why ORVY
Each key shows exactly what it does: an icon, a word, a file name. No stickers, no memorising.
Choose icons, words and actions for every key from our desktop app. And the code is open enough to build your own.
Switch from slides to a spreadsheet to a call and the keys switch with you. Set your own icons and actions for any app.

On your desk
Next slide, back, start, end. Turn the wheel to move through your deck.
Sum, filter, sort and format in one press. The wheel scrolls rows at any speed.
Mute, camera, share screen and leave, always in the same place, always labelled.
We'll share the price with the waitlist first, and people on the list get the early price.
We're preparing a small first batch. The waitlist hears about it before anyone else.
Any app on your computer. Keys send shortcuts like a keyboard, and the icons switch with the app you're using.
Real mechanical switches under clear caps, in linear, tactile and clicky versions.
We only use it to tell you about ORVY. We never share or sell it, and you can leave with one click. Read the privacy policy.
